The Scroll of Seals is a scroll containing many kinjutsu, starting with the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique. Because of the dangerous techniques it contains, the scroll was sealed away by the First Hokage.
Overview[]
After failing his graduation exam, Naruto Uzumaki was tricked by Mizuki into stealing the scroll from the Hokage Residence, stating that if Naruto can learn one technique within it, he would be allowed to graduate (which did turn out to be true). In the Mizuki Strikes Back Saga, it is revealed that he intended to give the scroll to his master, Orochimaru.
